Indemnity Agreement: The submitting applicant agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend any action against the Cloverdale BIA, The City of Surrey and the Province of British Columbia from and against all liabilities unless such actions arise out of the negligence of the Released Party’s participation in the Surrey Santa Parade.

The Cloverdale BIA reserves the right to accept or refuse any application for participation.
